Don’t expect usual Kempinski level and service
The hotel pool area was nice for winding down after work, the staff there was good and efficient. Food wise outstanding lunch buffet. Very nice welcome fruit basket in the room. Have to stress out the concierge’s attentivness and friendliness. As was a work stay, convention center liked to hotel which made it convenient.
Would have at least few suggestions for improvements, the staff at the main restaurant barely speak any English, actually it was so bad, they don’t even understand the basic requests like getting coffee refilled. We were also not picked up from the airport as was arranged, of course the staff apologized, however this was the first and unfortunately also bad impression. The room and bathroom overall are quite dated, my room keys constantly were discharged and sometimes I had to renew them twice a day. Super long check in and check out time at the reception, also English sometimes were a problem. Overall this hotel is not the usual Kempinski standard, I’m writing this review from another big chain hotel in Jordan, and I have to say it’s like day and night difference. Sorry for not having better things to say this time.
